Digitalisation is a hot topic in the insurance industry and we can see several new virtual insurance company has been introduced to the Hong Kong market.

What will be the market impact from virtual insurance? What are the opportunities out there? 

The Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS) of the HKSAR, China has released an eBook titled "企業數碼化新時代" (Digitalisation on the new century) in January 2021. QESS interviewed Mr Kenny Siu, Regional Director of Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, The Chartered Insurance Institute on the topic of virtual insurance in Hong Kong. Kenny provided his insights on virtual insurance and the opportunities ahead.
