Saydullo decided to acquire the CII Certificate to strengthen his technical foundation in insurance and reinsurance. He explains: “I was already working in the industry and wanted structured, internationally recognized knowledge rather than relying only on practical experience from my daily responsibilities. The CII qualification provides globally accepted standards and helps ensure that my understanding of underwriting, claims handling, and insurance principles aligns with international best practice."
He is quick to point out how the qualification has significantly strengthened his professional reputation, adding: “I became more recognized among colleagues within my company and also among professionals in the broader insurance market in Uzbekistan. Being enrolled in and progressing through an internationally respected qualification like CII signals seriousness, technical competence, and commitment to professional standards.”
Saydullo found the study experience to be demanding but structured, with daily study a preferable approach to intensive bursts. He explains: “The main challenge was balancing work responsibilities with preparation, but the structured nature of the CII syllabus makes it manageable if approached systematically."
He is now enthusiastically working towards attaining a CII Diploma, adding: “The Certificate studies reignited a strong internal drive to learn more. I became genuinely curious about the industry, its mechanisms, regulations, financial structures, and strategic aspects, and I rediscovered the joy of learning.”
