The CII has transitioned to a new customer and member relationship management system as part of our commitment to improving the way we deliver value for our members and learners.
Initially, there will be minimal changes in the way you engage with us through your member dashboard (e.g. MyCII, MyPFS). In the longer term, we aim to further streamline our communications, tailoring relevant CPD programmes and events to help you achieve your career goals.
Our new Customer Management System requires you to validate/update your contact details and your employment status upon login.
