Omarkhan Tleugabilov

Omarkhan Tleugabilov, FCII CPCU MBA, is the CII's Goodwill Ambassador in Kazakhstan. He is Managing Director of WTW Kazakhstan, and has held senior positions across a wealth of prominent insurance organisations, including those of Chief Underwriting Officer and Chief Executive Officer for one of the largest insurance companies in Central Asia. Omarkhan has also been actively involved in working with the regulator to facilitate trust from the general public in insurance.

He has undergone a stellar personal development journey, his qualifications including an MBA from Warwick Business School. As well as being a Fellow of the CII, he holds a CPCU designation of The American Institute for Property Casualty Underwriters.
