Mission: To reinforce insurance as a trusted profession in the eyes of the community that we serve and of all stakeholders.

Vision: To achieve our vision, we are committed to providing to or through our members relevant, high-quality communication, education and interaction reinforcing

1. knowledge and integrity within the profession and
2. trust within the wider community and;

to act as a ‘sandbox’ for the many facets that comprise our profession; an institute that encompasses practitioners at the board, management, technical, governance, finance, distribution and related strata.
