A. The fee is aimed at covering the costs of administering the scheme which included initial reviews and regular reviews of non-CII qualifications.
A. We have identified the most common enquiries and addressed them within these FAQs. If you don't find the answer please email firstname.lastname@example.org, including your full name, CII PIN, date of birth, the date you made your application, your full qualification title (eg degree or professional body qualification) and awarding organisation. We will acknowledge your enquiry and provide an estimate of the timeframe to respond.
Alternatively, you may wish to speak with one of our team of advisors on 020 8989 8464 (+44 20 8989 8464 from outside the UK) or via web chat (ciigroup.org).
A. If you did not claim the offer within the 30-day period, the offer will have lapsed and you would need to make a new application. Each application is judged on its merits and any new prior learning award would be based on the match to the current CII qualifications and subject to the recognition of prior learning scheme rules in place at the time of the new application. This means the potential award may have changed or you are no longer eligible for an award. Please refer to the Exemptions Search for an up-to-date indication of your eligibility.
